A beautiful property, very welcoming, easy parking, with a lovely garden with furniture to sit and enjoy a glass or a chat. Comfortable lounge for guests, the bedroom was immaculate, a large really comfortable bed and en-suite, with good quality fixtures and toiletries. The breakfast was the best ever, choose from a full Welsh, cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, juices, pastries, proper coffee, a selection of teas, toast and all the trimmings. It is the little touches that make a place special, welcoming and memorable and Rosaire offers them all. We jokingly said we would leave a terrible review because if we wrote the truth then everybody would know about 'our' best kept secret: Llandudno's ROSAIRE Thank you Jo and 'mum' for the most wonderful stay; we have found our perfect place, and can't wait to return. XXXX

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfortable and we opted to include breakfast with room price which we enjoyed. The guest house was in a quiet street and so that made parking simpler too. Rosaire was ideal for what we wanted somewhere clean & friendly, a short walk from theatre (15 - 20 mins) and with parking. Breakfast was served between 8 and 8.45 but we were more than happy with this and it meant we made the most of our morning.

The staff was very kind and polite. For breakfast, I asked to prepare a salad or cut some vegetables. The lady kindly fulfilled my request, I am very grateful for that. They also told me what was where and so that I could visit. The room was beautiful, spacious, the view from the window was on the garden. The flowers in the garden and this fresh scent are just incredible. I recommend it for a quiet, peaceful and family vacation.

The breakfast was amazing with tons of choice both hot and cold. The room was comfy, clean and peaceful. Joanne and staff were very welcoming and did their utmost to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location is great as it’s in a quiet and pretty residential area but only a short stroll from town.
